We are a lively, friendly u3a situated in the south-west of Hertfordshire and are part of the national u3a, a dynamic, outward looking organisation which has a positive and creative approach to retirement.

To join us you only need to be retired or semi-retired; no other qualifications are needed except your interest and enthusiasm.

Interested? Prospective members are welcome to attend two of our monthly meetings to hear an interesting speaker, enjoy tea or coffee and meet members.

Our 15th Anniversary Lunch and Meeting

We have pleasure in inviting members to book for our birthday celebration on Wednesday 23 July at the Memorial Hall.

Doors will open at 12.45pm for lunch 1.15-2.15pm, seated at tables. The sandwich lunch with goodies, wine and toasts will be followed by our speaker at 2.30pm. For this we are delighted to welcome back the popular and entertaining art historian Andrew Davies, who will take us on a journey through London’s stations: “St Pancras and Friends”.

Following the talk we will enjoy celebration cake with tea or coffee and more entertainment from our very own rock group BandAge. Doors close at 4.30pm.
