About our Group

This new game is a mixture between badminton and short tennis, playable indoors and out, with paddles and a polymer ball. It is massive in the US and spreading fast here with over 30 u3a groups.

We play mixed ability doubles changing partners and opposition regularly. The game is great fun and concentrates more on strategy and placing rather than strength. It is easy to learn and we provide tuition and all equipment. There is fee for court hire paid in advance per term.

The group is now full for the current term ending July. If you are interested in subscribing for the next term beginning September please contact the Group Leader to join the waiting list.

We are canvassing interest for a new group playing at the same time on Tuesdays. If interested please contact the group leader.
