About our Group

This new game is a mixture between badminton and short tennis, playable indoors and out, with paddles and a polymer ball. It is massive in the US and spreading fast here with over 30 u3a groups.

We play mixed ability doubles changing partners and opposition regularly. The game is great fun and concentrates more on strategy and placing rather than strength. It is easy to learn and we provide tuition and all equipment. There is fee for court hire paid in advance per term.

We have a small number of vacancies for the coming term which starts in April. The game is so new we all regard ourselves as beginners!
