About our Group

Classes for health, fitness and wellbeing. Tai Chi is the slow, gentle, flowing exercise that is also a defensive martial art. Good for mind and body, regular practice delivers a range of health benefits from lowered stress, improved balance and muscle tone, reduced blood pressure and greater bone density, The form taught is the most popular Tai Chi world-wide.

New members are welcome, but the Fan/Sword class is currently full.
